Sacramento Community Champions Network’s mission is to assist all members of adoptive families to thrive through linkages to coordinated education and adoption competent services.

Our Vision Statement

The vision of the Sacramento Community Champions Network is that there will be a vibrant adoption community in which all families will receive seamless navigation to adoption competent prevention and intervention services and supports throughout their lifetime.

The Need

CCN is looking for both professionals and parents to join CCN. Please contact Laura Stillmunkes at laura@capadoptfam.org for more information. CCN meets on the 4th Thursday of each month 10:30-12:00  at Standford Youth Solutions in Sacramento.
